Fully prepared Christmas dinner option for 6-8 people

 

Turkey Crown 1.8-2.6kg weight stuffed with your choice of stuffing (from list below), buttered, seasoned and wrapped in streaky bacon.

 

Stuffings:    Oatmeal / Pork, Sage & Onion / Pork, Chestnut & Apple

 

3 x Sides:    Goose Fat Roast Potatoes  

 

                 Winter Roasting Vegetables:

                 (carrot, parsnip, red onion, butternut squash with thyme and butter)

                 Honey Roast Parsnips

                 Cauliflower Cheese

​

                 Brussel Sprouts with / without bacon

​

                 Brussel Sprout & Leek Gratin

​

                 Chipolata Sausages Wrapped in Streaky Bacon

​

                 Dauphinoise Potatoes

​

                 Braised Red Cabbage with Apple

​

 

1 x Home-made Cranberry Sauce with Pink Gin

1 x Home-made Gravy

 

 

1 x Dessert:    Sticky Toffee Pudding  (with extra pot of pouring sauce)

                    Spiced Apple & Peach Oat Crumble

 

The Whole Shebang is a fully prepared, freshly sourced Christmas dinner for 6-8 people.  All dishes are delivered in ovenproof containers ready to be popped in the oven and disposed of afterwards, saving you the time and effort of washing up!

 

The menu above, which consists of:

 

1 x Stuffed Turkey Crown

3 x Side Dishes of your choosing

2 x Sauces

1 x Dessert

 

is available for an all-inclusive cost of £150, with delivery on 23rd or 24th December 2021 between 9am-12pm.

Terms & Conditions

 

• Prices listed on complete menus are for 6-8 people.  Prices for more or less guests are available on request.

• All orders are subject to a 50% booking fee payable on booking to secure your preferred delivery slot.  Until this is received your order is not confirmed.  Booking fees can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

• The outstanding amount payable is due by bank transfer or PayPal no later than 7 days before delivery.  Cash on delivery is no longer an available option.

• Booking fees are non-refundable at any point in the event of cancellation on your part.

• Delivery slots on the 23rd/24th, between the hours of 9am-12pm, will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis so book early to secure your preferred time. 

• If during these times is not suitable for delivery I will be arranging a one-hour collection window for the evening of the 24th between 4-5pm ONLY.  Customers who choose this option can collect at my home during the allocated hour only, and will have the price of The Whole Shebang reduced by £10, which is the delivery charge.

• On delivery, should there be no-one present to accept delivery, you will be notified of the collection window for the 24th.  In the event that you do not collect during the allocated hour I will be unable to re-accommodate and the meal PLUS full money paid will be forfeited.

• Collection of Christmas Dinners is only possible between 4-5pm on the 24th.  Please note that failure to arrive within this time slot will mean your meal PLUS full money paid will be forfeited.

• In eight years of business I haven’t missed a delivery, but have, on occasion, incurred delays due to reasons outside my control.  In the unlikely event of this happening  will make every effort to contact customers to advise them of the nature and duration of the delay. 

• A Full Cooking Guide will be provided for The Whole Shebang, including weight specific timings and temperatures for your Turkey.  Allergen information will also be provided for each dish.

• With regards to special dietary requirements, please contact me via email at thehomecookbervie@gmail.com to discuss further.  I do not provide meals for those with allergies at this time.  Menu substitutions for special dietary requirements will incur additional charge.
